Under the ndigeul of Serigne Tuba Serigne Muhamadu Lamine Bara Mbacke, under the aegis of Serigne Murtalla Abdul Ahad, assistant project manager Tuba Eid Prayer Place Construction Project, Daara Sopey Cheikhoul Khadim, in collaboration with the American Murid Diaspora is organizing a Fund Raising Event on Tuesday, December 30th, 2008 starting 6 PM, at Malcolm Shabbaz Mosque located at 116th street and Lenox Ave., New York.
This event will mark the second edition of a series of events to be organized for the collection of funds destined to the erection of the eid prayer house in TUBA the project of which is entrusted to Serigne Murtalla Serigne Abdul Ahad by the actual general caliph Serigne Bara Mbacke who is fulfilling one of the last wishes of the late Serigne Salihu.The project is on good track, but, obviously more funds are needed for its completion.Disciples from all over the world are invited to contribute to the success of the event to be presided over by Serigne Murtalla in person.
